How long do the products last?

Sugar Scrubs and Foaming Bath Salts-

To ensure you get the best experience from our products, we recommend using them within six (6) months for optimal freshness and effectiveness. Be sure to store them in a cool, dry place to maintain their quality.

Shower Steamers-

To ensure you get the best experience from our products, we recommend using them within twelve (12) months for optimal freshness and effectiveness. Be sure to store them in a cool, dry place to maintain their quality.

Lip Scrub-

To ensure you get the best experience from our products, we recommend using them within one (1) month for optimal freshness and effectiveness. Be sure to store them in a cool, dry place to maintain their quality.

Can I use the shower steamers in the bathtub?

No. The shower steamers are not meant to be soaked in or used directly on your skin. If you would like a bath safe product, please use our foaming bath salts or bath bombs.

Can I use the scrubs on my face?

It is not recommended for use on your face or other sensitive areas of your body. Due to the exfoliating ingredients, we suggest you keep use to your feet, knees, elbows, and other areas with dry skin. Please only use the lip scrub on your lips.

My scrub has separated. Is it still good?

Your product is still good and completely safe to use. Due to temperature changes and your scrub being an oil-based product, separation of the oil can be a completely normal occurrence. If this happens, just give it a good mix and be sure to store it in a cool, dry location after your shower and/or bath.

My product has discoloration. Why did this happen and can I still use it?

Some products contain sweeter fragrance oils with higher levels of vanillin, a natural component of vanilla. Over time, vanillin can darken when exposed to light and air, especially in higher concentrations. While this discoloration may affect the appearance, it doesn’t impact the quality or safety of the product—it’s perfectly safe to use!

I had an order with scrubs shipped and they leaked. Can I return them or get a refund?

Our scrubs are oil-based and can melt in high temperatures. While we take every precaution to prevent leaks during shipping, extreme heat and direct sunlight may still cause melting or leakage.

Once your order leaves our hands, we cannot control shipping conditions. Because we are a small business, we are unable to offer returns or refunds at this time. Please consider your local weather before placing an order and order at your own risk.

Do you offer delivery and/or pick up options?

Pickup and delivery options are available now.

Delivery is only available in Connersville, IN and is a five-dollar ($5) fee.

For pick up, please select that option at checkout and choose the day and time you are available to get your order. Thank you.

How long will it take to get my order?

As a small business, I create products in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Occasionally, orders are made as they come in, which can take up to 3 business days to process. After that, shipping typically takes around 3-7 business days for Ground Shipping, depending on your location and weather. Thank you for your patience and support!

Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, I am not offering free shipping. I have done everything I can to offer the lowest shipping cost no matter where you are in the US. For this reason, my shipping is a flat rate based on weight. I appreciate your understanding and your support of my small business.

Do you accept returns?
